Theme Change?

I’m considering a change to this new theme:

It has a set of links on the left instead of just the far bottom. I just don’t know if I can get colors and images set up with it’s title header thing. I’ll have to see. For reference I am currently using the Ambiru theme. Hopefully I’ll learn some CSS sometime so that I can customize things a bit more.
